We offer free shipping to buyers across the world. No matter where you are, your Aston Jacket will be delivered to your doorstep without any shipping charges.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: Orders typically take 10–15 business days to arrive.
  • Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, you can opt for expedited shipping at an additional cost of $25. Your order will arrive in 7–9 business days.

Please Note:

  • Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

How to Track Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. It is your responsibility to track your order using the provided tracking ID. If the courier company faces any issues (e.g., delivery attempts fail or the package is put on hold), please contact the courier company directly.

Important:

  • If multiple delivery attempts fail, the courier company may destroy the parcel, and Aston Jackets will not be held responsible.

Import Duties and Taxes

  • US Buyers: No custom duty applies.
  • International Customers: Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees according to your country’s regulations.
  • Some countries may not charge import duties as we ship orders marked as gifts. However, it is your responsibility to check your country’s customs policies.

Key Points to Ensure Smooth Delivery

  • Double-Check Your Details: Ensure your name, address, and contact information are accurate when placing your order.
  • Signature Confirmation: For security, we may require a signature upon delivery.
  • No APO/FPO/PO Box Deliveries: We do not ship to APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses.
  • Split Shipments: If you order both customized and non-customized items, they may be delivered separately.
  • Address Changes: Once an order is dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address. Contact the courier company for assistance.
