Returns and Refunds Policy – Aston Jackets

At Aston Jackets, we aim to deliver a smooth and dependable shopping experience. However, if a product does not meet your expectations, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must remain unused, unworn, and in its original condition. In addition, all tags and original packaging must stay intact.

We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot take responsibility for lost return shipments.

How to Start a Return

First, contact our support team at info@astonjackets.com with your order number and return reason. After approval, we will share return instructions and the return address.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process the refund. If approved, we issue the refund to the original payment method. This process usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items do not qualify for refunds. These include sale items, customized products, and gift cards. We clearly mention such exclusions on the relevant product pages.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In this case, we will arrange a replacement or refund without additional charges.
