30-Days Easy Return or Exchange Policy
We are offering all valued buyers a 30-day return or exchange policy which takes effect from the delivery date to ensure buyers’ complete satisfaction. After this period, buyers will not be able to return or exchange any product which they have purchased from our website.

Product must be in original condition, unwashed and unused.
Procedure of Return or Exchange
Buyers must share clear photos of the product and write brief details about why they want to return or exchange the product. Details should be sent via email to info@astonjackets.com after receiving the buyer’s email, the customer support team will respond within 24 hours with further instructions. Once our customer service team receives our product with the conditions as per described eligibility, a refund or exchange process will be initiated. Refunds are finalized within 3 business days. It may take 5–14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank.
Terms and Conditions for Return or Exchanges
- The product must be in its original condition with tags attached.
- Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item.
- Exchanges are free of cost, but shipping cost will be paid by buyers.
Order Cancellation Terms
- Within 24 Hours of Delivery: buyers can return his/her order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 24 hours of Delivery: A 30% Cancelation fee will apply.
- Within 3 Days of Delivery: A 50% Cancelation fee will apply.
Restocking Fee
All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and buyers must also cover the return shipping charges.
